DATUK NUR JAZLAN BERTUGAS SEBAGAI PENGERUSI PAC

Panjang umur Datuk Nur Jazlan. Baru mengupas mengenai UDA dan YB Datuk Johari sebentar tadi, beliau diangkat ke jawatan Pengerusi PAC. Jawatan ini dahulunya di pegang oleh Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid. Anyway. Tahniah Datuk.

Antara tugas PAC ialah…..

• the accounts of the Federation and the appropriation of the sums granted by Parliament to meet the public expenditure.

• such accounts of public authorities and other bodies administering public funds as may be laid before the House.

• reports of the Auditor-General laid before the House in accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution.

• such other matters as the Committee may think fit, or which may be referred to the Committee by the House.

• the accounts of the Federation and the appropriation of the sums granted by Parliament to meet the public expenditure.

Berat juga tugas dan tanggongjawab PAC ini kerana ia melibatkan projek yang besar, VIP dan melibatkan ahli Parlimen Pembangkang. Imbangan perlu dianuti sebagai Pengerusi.
